For deliveries to metropolitan France, returns are free of charge with the pre-filled Colissimo Return Slip attached to your parcel.
On the delivery note that is included in your parcel, tick the box of the article or articles you wish to return (if you wish to return the entire order, simply tick the box provided) and then insert this document into your return shipment.
Apply the free of charge Colissimo Return Slip which provides all the instructions.
Return your parcel by post and do not forget to keep your proof of delivery that you will need to get stamped by the Post Office, which will enable you to track your returned shipment.
- Your order was shipped to an address outside of metropolitan France:
Returns can only be made by Colissimo (including any deliveries by Mondial Relay). Please tick the items you wish to return on the Return Slip and attach this to your parcel and then address your parcel, which is to be sent by post at the earliest opportunity, to the following address:

You are advised to keep a sending proof in case of any claim. If the problem is a delivery error on our part or a defective item has been received, we shall reimburse you the return postage by check, within a maximum period of 15 days, sent to your billing address. For this you must include your payment receipt for return postage in the parcel, or submit it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to +33 1 46 26 75 36, referencing the order number.
• WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your shipment. Customer Service reminds you that all items must be returned to us in their original state (product label included). Any damaged or incomplete product will not be eligible for credit or refund.
• HOW DO YOU RECEIVE A REFUND OR CREDIT AT CATIMINI.COM?
Once your return is received in our warehouse, a credit will be generated and automatically refunded to your Catimini account.
This will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account at the latest 7 business days after receipt of the products.
However, if you wish to save this amount in the form of a credit to your Client On Step customer account in order to use it against the payment of a future order, please inform Customer Services as quickly as possible. That credit will be valid for 1 year from its date of issue. Once you use a credit and place an order, this will be automatically deducted from the amount due.
Please note that Catimini will not credit or refund your account until it has first received and checked that the item(s) affected by this request are in a good condition.

We are unable to offer exchanges.
If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, you first need to return the items in question and then place a new order.
