HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
International orders are dispatched from our Central hub. You will receive an email with tracking information 24 hours after the dispatch of your order. Please note that for orders dispatched on a Friday you will receive your tracking information email on the following Monday.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS OR DUTY ON MY ORDER?
For orders to UE or Euro Zone, you don’t have to pay duty or taxes.
For orders to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar and Switzerland all duty and taxes will be paid by CATIMINI.
Other International Customers:
At checkout, the required customs duty and taxes applicable to your order will be calculated. At that point, you will be given the option to pre-pay any taxes to ensure a faster delivery. You may choose not to pre pay taxes in which case you may be contacted by customs to pay duty on your order once it arrives in your country.
