If you wish to return merchandise, please contact us through the return portal available here.
You will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
Step 2 :
Within a reasonable time, we will confirm whether the return policy entitles you to return the merchandise. You will receive the return instructions and the RMA number to print and include in the return package.
Returns must be shipped via a traceable shipping method.
You may return the item(s) directly to our warehouse, with the invoice and the return form attached.

If you return an item to our warehouse, you will be refunded (no exchange).
FOR FAULTY MERCHANDISE
If any merchandise was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you must inform us as soon as possible: mention your name, address and order number.
You are advised to keep a proof of sending in case of any claim.
If the problem is a delivery error on our part or if a defective item has been received, we refund you the return fees by bank transfer, within a maximum period of 15 days. For this, mail to the customer service the receipt for return postage, your IBAN & BIC/Swift codes with your order number.
• WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
You have 14 days from the reception of your order to return your item(s). All items must be returned in their original state (product label included). Any damaged or incomplete product will not be eligible for a refund.
• HOW BE REFUND AT CATIMINI.COM?
Once your return is received by our warehouse, you will be refund on your credit card or PayPal account within 14 business days after receipt of the products.
Please note that Catimini will not credit or refund your account until it has first received and checked that the item(s) affected by this request are in a good condition.

We are unable to offer exchanges.
If you wish to exchange one or more items from your order, you first need to return the items in question and then place a new order.
